"Egerton have acted for me on a considerable number of matters, primarily in enfranchisement and lease extensions. They have always acted with professionalism and expertise. Their charges have always been very reasonable."
"Emma was absolutely exemplary throughout what was a large (83 flats) and complex Collective Enfranchisement process. Emma's early guidance as to valuations prove to be spot on and she also went beyond the call of duty to keep the process going through challenging times. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Emma and Egerton for any similarly complex situation."
"Karis have worked with Egerton for some 5 years in which time they have managed various lease extensions for our company. Egerton have proved to be extremely diligent and professional in their approach, but also highly commercial and entrepreneurial, which is not only unusual in this sector but refreshing. The people we have dealt with are friendly, approachable, enthusiastic and really know their "stuff". They make the process easy and do not complicate matters. We wouldn’t go anywhere else."
